Default A MATCH MADE IN HEAVEN! (Shrimp/Randalls' Goby)

After 24 hours in the nano, the new Randel's Goby finally found and joined forces with my tiny Pistol Shrimp. The pistol shrimp has been working hard on his new home ever since. I am so EXCITED to see this type of stuff happening in my new tank!

...now if my clown would just go hang out in the anemone I bought him....

It's way cool. I put a tiny candy-cane pistol in my 20L last week and I haven't seen or heard it since, so I'm not so sure if it made it. I hope that it did and it's just too tiny for me to hear when it's snapping. I think it was around 3/4" long. My hi-fin was paired up with one in the past, so hopefully it'll find the new one if it's hanging out somewhere.

I didn't see or hear my pistol for the first 4 days, I had basically given up hope. Then one night I was sitting here chatting and heard it snap 2 times, I thought my tank was breaking. Then again last night it did it 4 times in a row real fast. The goby just got put in last night...they found each other pretty fast! I am just glad to see the shrimp, I thought I had lost him.

they are setting up shop kind of on the side of the tank...I am hoping within a week or so they will move around to the front more...if they don't. I may have to run my finger through their new home and see if they rebuild in the front. Is that ok to do?
