    Default Adding new LR?

I would like to add a few more pieces of LR to my tank. If I can get them from a well established mature tank I will. If not and I can only get some cured, how bad will the diatoms get?

If the rock is fully cured and you leave it wet you will be fine.

And if its not fully cured-

You can store it in a bucket/small tank, with saltwater and a pump for a few weeks. It will cure that way.

Thanks guys! I think I'll go the bucket way. I've got a nice 10g bin with an extra pump.
