I've ordered some Nutramar Ova from DFS and yesterday they arrived mostly thawed, with some leakage. I called them right away and they reshipped a new order. Today they arrived same time, but in worse condition then yesterdays. Completely thawed, leaking and an obvious break in one of the packages. I'm receiving my order within 24hrs, I don't understand what's happening.
I spoke to them again today and am at a total loss as to what to do. Today I sent them pictures and suggested to maybe pack them differently. This is frustrating for me because there is no where I can buy this stuff locally
Any suggestions?
