    Default The Build Up!!!!!!

Well I finally got the 75 friday and got it setup on the stand... But the weir overflow I received from a buddy at CR was to narrow to fit on the back. So an hour after having it home I broke out the copeing saw and trimmed some plastic off the back and now she fits like a glove. I'm hopeing to add LS LR within the next week, and thinking about adding water also

The buddy thought u had a 45 gallon not a 75 gallon .If u would have said that it was a 75 the buddy would have told u it would not fit and made u one that would have .

Ok so its been 5 months and i've laid pretty low around here but. I just got my IC 660 4x54 setup last night with six bulbs for 120 bucks. got my diy canopy built and am circulating water!!! Tank has already cycled... diatoms everything , all thats left is a final parameter check and i'll transfer everything from the 20 over to the 75 minus the sand! Thats right shes a BB tank!

Ok so the lights i got work but the wiring isnt long enough to make it down to where i want to mount my ballast on the inside of my cabinet. So I'm off to home depot tomorrow (hope they have the wire i'm looking for). The other thing is the endcaps have threaded holes i'm guessing thats standard but i dont have standoffs, so i'm just gonna screw the endcaps to the inside of the canopy. Does anyone see a problem with doing this?
