I new I had some flat worms in my tank, I just didn't realize how many.
I put together some blue 20 wall led lights, when i was done i set one on top my tank and leaned it against the main light and turned it on. All the other lights were off. I managed to fall asleep with that light on. when i woke up about 5 hours later the glass that the light was aimed at was COVERED with flat worms. I am going to to this again when I do a water change and vacuum them up.
Has anyone used a spot light on the glass to "round up" flatworms?
I think the flatworms I have had are photosynthetic. They all seem to come out and align themselves the same direction on the rocks when the lights are on.
There is always a discussion on what way is the best to get rid of flatworms. This seams like its going to work with out adding anything to the tank and that has to be a good thing.
