    I accidentally left out my NutraMar Ova and it thawed Can I freeze it again an used it? Or is it now spoiled?

    How long did you leave it out ? If it was a short time ( like a few hours ) I would re-freeze It and use it myself.

    It's fine, you'd be surprised how thawed out the food gets going through the different distributors...
