Default Half empty or half full.

I say the tank is half full and my says the tank is half empty, does that mean that my boss is an idiot who should let me finish doing the water change?2

Depends on the boss..... if it means you won't get supper that night, maybe leaving it half full isn't such a bad idea (until after supper :p )

i agree with Dave on this one. if my "boss" tells me its time to eat, i'm eating. you never know what it might lead to later, so you have to do what the "boss" says.

In this case Boss does not = wife. This leads me to my next question though:

If you are in the woods and you say something with no women around are you still wrong?

Though it's of little help to Don's problem, well that and we've managed to sucessfully hijack his thread I'll add in one simple fact that will clarify things compeltely.

If you are toting around that Y chromosome, to anyone else you will always be wrong, unless that person too is a Y carrier in which case you stand a 50/50 shot of being right with proof and beer. The presense of the latter will generally give more weight and help validate the former.

That is funny about the beer, it was umm... kind of the insperation behind the two questions. Oh well, I agree you are always right to buy a round (as long as it isn't miller high life).
