I might actually have a couple units that I sell. I have contemplated selling the big tank too. If it is here and I have to see it empty I might get depressed (even more than I already am).

If your going rimless what are you gonna do with all the wrasse you just collected?
From what I hear, wrasses don't mind if it's a rimless tank, they'll jump out just the same as one with rims :D
That is a good point about the wrasses. I dont want to get rid of them thats for sure.
Mike, Im not sure if you saw my post in the chat section but this is what BriGuy31+ did for his rimless cube. it sits inside, but barely.
Ive seen it in person and it looks really good.

that looks doable
Ya, Chris (Polska) did the same thing. I was just curious and wanted to get your wheels turning now!
I have the 80g 36" x 30" It is pretty nice but I still am wishing for more floorspace because I have and plan on getting some more lps. It could be a little taller too but I havnt outgrown it that way yet. I saw somebody selling a 4' version once. I would have loved to have that one.
I have decided on a 4*24*22 rimless from Great Lakes Aquariums. The large tank is already sold. The new owner and I are coordinating a date for pick up as he has to get his ready to transfer as well. The new tank will be located on the first floor in the kitchen. I am going to take the aluminim lighting rack I am building to an acrylic guy I have used in the past to have a professional skin job done with a splash guard and fan holes drilled out.. Chuck (the guy I got a lot of cool chalices from) said he would help me with the arms to suspend the light rack from. The tank will cost less and I will enjoy it more and I hope my family will too.
Sounds good Mike, I am looking forward to the build thread on this.
