    Default How to clean properly?

    Guys,#ed_op#br#ed_cl#
I was looking around my tank today and was not pleased with how
dirty it is. If you take a flash light and look back into the nookes
and crannys there is just piles of dead bits of plants, uneaten food,
and probably loads of fish poo. These spots are in accessable with my
vacum hose and apparently my hermit crabs aren't into that taboo of a
    diet. #ed_op#br#ed_cl#
What are some options? I was thinking about getting some sea
stars or cucumbers to clean up. But I think the current situation is
causing my water parameters to be acceptable to only the most hardy of
species. Is my only option to literally move all those rocks and get
the vacum down in there and clean, moving all that rock is going to be
a nightmare and it is going to turn my water into a sand storm. #ed_op#br#ed_cl#
Give me some input. Thanks, DIRT#ed_op#br#ed_cl#
...I think my fish just farted.

I posted a similar question a while ago... my tank was/is full of shrimp poo, and I can't clean it well without removing all of the rocks. Since this is not a feasable option, I was thinking about getting a Red Bali Star (only grow to 3", so suitable for my small tank). I am interested to hear the suggestions you get!
