Thumbs down Rinsing Frozen Aquarium Foods

I am new to salt water aquariums and have a 90 gal tank that been going for around 6 months now. I have started giving my fish and reef a variety of food changing everyday. My question is do i have to rinse every frozen food i buy. I have a fusion, a krill, and small brine shrimp. I was told to wash the brine and krill but what about the fusion which says the small particles feed the reef? Thanks for anyone's help.

I have heard you should always rinse anything frozen in brine, or any whole, non processed foods, that are large enough to rinse.

Alot of the prepared/processed/mixed frozen foods out there are ready to thaw and serve though.

I never rinse anything as you loose a lot of nutrients that smaller polyp corals love to feed on
I have been reefing from 08-2007 till 5-2011

reef tanks are like wifes you have to give them some attention every now and then
