In the second chamber of my 29 gal biocube i have small pieces of live rock. I have it filled up to the very top. is this too much? or should this be fine? do i ever need to take it out and rinse it off because it looks like theres debris all over the LR

I never filled my second chamber that high. Don't think It will hurt though. If you do take it out to rinse it. Make sure it's in your old tank water during a water change. If your seeing a larger build up of detritus then your most likely over feeding your tank.
