| | |  03-03-2012, 11:03 PM Generally 72-78 is "ok" depends what your keeping, but most shoot to be around 78 degrees. Personally I keep my tank at 75 with little fluctuation which is the big key IMO, fish are all happy and healthy, corals grow slower but could be a few factors to that... hopefully my new leds will get 'em going tho! I keep mine lower because before I decided to change the way my tank was going I had plans to add a few colder water species so if they came available I would be able to lower it a few degrees more if needed in a relatively shorter time to get to where I needed to be then if I ran my tank at 78 or so. |
