Default Waterchange water + Vitamin

Just a quick question. I was going to perform a waterchange and when I was mixing up the salt water I noticed my water was a funky color. It turns out my wife lost a multivitamin the previous day and it was in the salt water container.

Do you think I should just throw out the water.

I did notice that the vitamin was not fully dissolved when I had it, but it did have some copper in it. I guess 2mg of it.

My other thoughts were to just run a bag of carbon in the water for a bit and then use it.

It is only 10 gallons though.

I would dump it and clean the container very well prior to using it again.

+1! Definitely dump it, and clean the container.... and maybe put a lid on the container so your wife can't drop vitamins in it lol

I haven't dumped it yet. I tell you what though, it looks like skimmer water after sitting for a couple of days.

Maybe I'll dump it on the driveway to see if it helps melt the snow.
