Are you using RotiGreen or some other type of phyto? Your water looks pretty clear...

i was so excited that they hatched i quickly grabbed my camera and took some pictures. after that i tosed in like 4 cups of rotifers and added a few drops of the roti-grow plus so that any uneaten rotifers will have food. so now the water is cloudy looking. i'll take more pictures today.

RotiGrow is NOT to be used for greenwater. It will cause complications. You need RotiGreen. http://rotifersolutions.com/?page_id=405

The lipid profile in RotiGrow is too high for the larvae in a greenwater environment.

Oh, ok. i guess i read the information wrong on the breedclownfish.com website under the fry feeding and care. the site said you can add rotifer diet along with rotifers to the larval tank before the eggs hatch, so i assumed it would be safe for the fry. can and should i do a small water change?

There is a difference between Rotifer Diet HD and RotiGrow+. If you used RotiferDiet HD you should be ok but I would still suggest using RotiGreen.
