    Default Ammonia level

Whats a quick/easy/cheap way to get ammonia levels down to zero? Or any advice considering amonia levels could really help me out.
My nano has a level of one right now and i don't know why.
I started it and it was barely above zero but after a week it was at .5 now it is at 1.0.
I don't know how this is going to affect the live rock or damsels I have in there.
(added last week 6lbs live rock, 3 damsels)
    thank you

What you are experienceing is the nitrogen cycle. After your ammonia spikes your nitrite and then nitrates will spike alse. once your nitrates come down your cycle is finished or close to finished.

I wouldn't add anything else untill your levels even out. The tank is only about a month old right??

^^ I agree with joe. Don't add anything for a few weeks... Let your bio filter catch up.
