Default To dose or not to dose...

This is the question??? Personally, I very rarely dose at all. It seems that there is realy a huge difference in choices each reefer is making. My experience started with dosing by all directions as stated on each container(Kent being the choice brand). Over the last few years, I've nearly eliminated all doses(an occassional drop or 2 of Lugol's and Mag suppliments as needed).
So... guests, members, and staff... who uses what, what brand(s), how much, how often, and why???
