Default Calcium 320. How fast should I increase?

My doser was sucking air for awhile I guess as the feed tube was somehow raised above the calcium fluid. Anyway I'm now at 320 and to get back up to 450, the calculator wants me to add 2200ml of recipe 2 to get it back up.

How fast should I add this without seizing pumps, harming livestock etc.?

Alk 9.6 (that creeped up from 9.3.
    Ca 320

You can increase it in two steps. Just hand drop it , dont use the doser for that.

So you're saying around a 1000ml a day? Then after the two drops, back online with my doser.

    Thanks for the help,
    Tom

Yes if thats what the calculation says for your water volume. Make sure the calculation is correct.

If it we're me I would split that large of a doase into fours or six doases in two days and test like crazy to make sure it doesn't raise to fast.Dramatic swings are very hard on livestock.320 is low but be careful how fast you bring it up by hand doaseing which is best with that much to be added.Slow and easy is my favorite rule,Just my .02 tho good luck !

Good stuff, Chuck. I'm doing 250ml adds very slowly. I'll def. test frequently to make sure I don't mess up. Things are going well finally.

I'll have an answer for you tomorrow or tues. She goes back to work tomorrow.
