Default sps keepers where do you keep calcium

i finally got my calcium on track with 2 part, i seem to be at about 420 calcium but i was wondering what everyone keeps theirs at for best growth and coloration? my alk is at 9 which i think is fine and mag is at 1350 which i also think is fine, just not sure on calcium because i hear people say either 350-450 so any help is appreciated!
