That's a nice piece, is it still going for $75 an eye or did it come down some?

Just wondering if I am in that lineage somewhere...can't recall if I sold a piece to labman or not, but that is about the time frame I had it and was selling frags. I purchased mine in 2005 from @BeakerBob who got it from ReefTec of ReefCentral (who also sold it to Tyree). The last known piece of mine is now living in MyNemesis tank who saved it from near death. However I did sell quite a few pieces of it back in the day.

Here was mine back in its hay day...in my opinion this is still the king of chalices.

No...not sure why it died. Beakerbob had lost his at that point as well. I know it was back when we were starting to deal with bryopsis and dose magnesium...so in my mind those two things are connected. Whether or not that was truly the cause, I can't say for sure.

There were two different Tyree watermelons...one was pink and one more red. In looking more at your pic, your variant seems to be the red one...but colors are hard to tell in photos.
