Looking for some accurate ID's on the two, differences, similarities. Also lighting and flow requirements along with pictures would be extremely helpful.

Just comparing my 20k lokani to my hawkins blue "echinata" (generally considered to be a turaki) and a coral I bought from Ardoski, a known turaki.
I would say that turaki has much thinner and more branches and grows a little faster, though neither are fast. 20k lokani is probably my favorite coral but dang I wish it grew faster.
both are smooth skinned deep water corals. The branches on a turaki are thinner than a lokani and seems to branch more. It is between the thickness of a lokani and a true echinata.
I just found a pic of my tank with both in the same shot. The Turaki is middle left and the 30k lokani is bottom center. This is an old pic...much bigger now
Lokani are thick branched. Turaki are thin branched. Turaki are more soft colors in general ( the ones that I have seen ) , lokani are more on the brighter side.
I dissagree a little Lokani are thin branched, But they grow in a shelf type pattern. If that makes sense, and the other is more bushy..
