Bowsers and Candy Apple Oranges are they the same?

Default Bowsers and Candy Apple Oranges are they the same?

Some say they are the same others say they are not? If they are differant how? I've been searching on the net and can't find any info.

I think there are differences personally, like the corporation on the skirts. I think they are extremely similar though. Had a good talk with Manoj about this subject. Maybe get his take too.

Candy apple reds are zoas! However I think Bowsers are renamed CAO's.

Candy apple reds are also called CARs and they are palys not zoas.....ie bigger

They are actually zoanthids, often mislabeled as palys . Most zoanthids are mislabeled as palys. Also the CAO are the exact same polyp as the Bowser IMO. The CAO was on ZOAID for the longest time until one day it was replaced by the Bowser. I guess it could yield more money with a new name .

I was told the oranges and the bowsers were the same exact thing......and probably came about exactly like you said, new paly=more $$$$
