Default Clove Coral or ???

Coral Reef Aquarium - Corals - Clove Coral or ???
These funky feather fingered fellows just appeared on a piece of rock that has been in one (or the other) of my two tanks for the past 18 months. Can they really stay dormant that long?

At first I thought them to be GSP that had spread on me. But, I was playing with a deep blue LED fixture and noticed that these don't light up green like the star polyps do.

Correct ID?

Nice hitchhiker! I agree it looks like Clavularia sp., i.e. "clove polyps" .....a groovy octocoral.
