Default "Cuban" Ricordia/Yuma-

I have run across some of these online....and they are VERY expensive!!!

Dont be fooled-

They are Florida Rics, just like any other found in the waters of puerto rico, dominican republic and cuba and florida.

Dont be fooled.

Ricordia florida grow throughout the caribbean. "florida" is the species not the local. There are many variations depending on where they are collected. However it is illegal to import into the US from Cuba.

They have talked about it but the embargo is still in place. Canada trades with Cuba though. In any case the rics found around Cuba are just Ricordia florida. Floridas are Atlantic and Yumas are Pacific.
