Default flow velocity and light in a 125 chalice tank

I am going to do this chalice thing. I dont want to blow the flesh off of them. I am accustomed to acropora and high flow rates and high light. I would like some pointers here on lights and flow. I need to buy a few things like vortechs and I want to know if one will get the job done.

Tank is 60*24*20

Chalices? Shoot, none would be fine! They really don't need much flow.

So just one MP40 would be fine then.

I would think that would work great! Probly wont even have to run it full blast.

Then I can keep it hidden too. Don't get me wrong I love Acropora but I need to do something different for me. I just got in from driving from taylor and it is blizzard condition not to mention I lost a windshield wiper along the way.

I also might be asking for some help with setting this up. I am brain fried. I am getting a little better each day but my yolk so to speak is still a bit runny

If you need any help you got my number and I think that tank will make a much better chalice tank (plus a couple scolis and acans)than an acropora tank.

I think it will be a better chalice tank too. Make it very open so they have room to grow and add a clam or two.

And hey be careful with those LEDs.... chalices generally need lower light. You'll scald them in just a few days.

I know that is why I waited to design the array. I am waiting on those new drivers from Nanotuners. Once those are available it will be super cool.
