Looks like it is getting to much flow from the left, or is getting stung.

I agree- looks great other than the left hand side. Looks like too much flow to me too.

For now the only flow going is the Mag350 and 1 korila 250 both are at the top of the tank~my star palys are barely moving. Not getting stung.

did a 4-5gwater change??? u dont know if it was 4 or 5g? or was it 4.5g???

Anyways... whats the parameters like what r u using to check them (including salinity) and what was the wc params like???

I agree w/ ryan above tho... looks like its either being irritated/ stung on the left or getting to much flow, how far is it from the power head and what one? Also what kinda corals are on that side of the plate.

Was the water change done before or after the acclimation?

U only have star palys within 5-10" of the plate, not even necessarily on the sand w/ it either?

My vote is also too much flow. Even if the flow originates from the other side of the tank it could be deflecting off the glass and causing a localized area of higher flow. I would start by burying the frag plug completely. Fungia normally sit on the substrate, so having this one elevated may cause it to catch too much flow.
