It really depends on the acro but, here is for most:

Placement: depends on your lights, if you are running alot of par on a shallow tank you can put them on the sand. But for your tank (T5s reg. hight I would do top to middle of the tank.)

Flow: try and get it like the ocean, which is High, but indirect and random. (good luck )

Lighting: High, needs the full rage of light, just like the sun. Easy to achieve with MH's but T5s work too I think the par (correct me if Im wrong people) that most sps grow best at is around 450 or higher??

Supplements: Most high quality salt mixes contain everything you need, as long as you do weekly water changes. If you don't or you have a TON of SPS or a very large system the things that the SPS suck up to grow are Calcium, Strontium, & the elusive Trace Elements that are naturally occurring in the ocean.
