Board software updates

This evening around 11pm CST I will be applying some updates to
CR. This should only take approx 10 mins after which all board
functions should be fully functional. The new software has been
tested, but as usual Murphy's Law may come into play.#ed_op#br#ed_cl#

If you find something that is effected tag it along with any errors
reported back on the end of this post and I'll get it sorted out as
