    Default CR's Tank of the Month - September 05 - Jerryc

    After a long debate, and a split decision, it is my pleasure to announce the Captive Reefing Tank of the Month for September 2005. Congratulations are extended to Jerryc!

    totm jerryc sep05 - CR's Tank of the Month - September 05 - Jerryc

    Here are a few comments from the judges;
    I like his spacious aquascape,the way he made ledges and overhangs instead of the typical rockpile so common...
    ...how he left the right side open allowing room for different sand dwelling and lower light corals...
    ...I noticed the single shots he took of his inhabitants...
    ...see the real beauty in that well established tank...
    ...Very mature looking reef...

    Jerry, your presence is hereby requested amongst the Judging Staff to serve your term in selecting future TOTM's. Though this month we are considering doing something a bit different in celebration of CR's 1 year anniversary, your participation would be appreciated.

    To those entries submitted during this judging period all images will be moved to the general Tanks galleries, but you may resubmit as often as you like. Thanks to all who have taken the time to show off their tanks! We hope you will continue to do so often.

    Further we'd like to thank Ramoth41for serving her term as a TOTM Judge. Your input has been greatly appreciated, I'm certain we'll draw on ideas further as time goes on.

    Again congratulations to Jerryc! Stand up, take a bow, do a little dance...ummm... on second thought, let's skip the dance, tell about your reef!

    Those pictures are beautiful! I think I need to get some blue candycanes! Mine are green and they are pretty, but the blue are so vibrant! Your tank was certainly due to win TOTM!
