Of all the "social network" sites, Pinterest is my favorite so far. I like photos and that's what pinterest is all about. You can see my pinboard here: Reef Tanks
You may have noticed we have added "Pin It" buttons here on CR. The buttons are located in top right side of each postbit. If a postbit doesn't have a photo, it will look for the poster's avatar. This may change a bit in the future as I will likely develop a default CR graphic that can be pinned.
If you use Pinterest, please pin an occasional photo from a post here on CR. The "Pin It" button makes it super easy to share a photo/post...not to mention provides you with a convenient bookmark for later reference.
Sharing photos and posts is a great way to network and help CaptiveReefs grow by spreading the CR word to new people...it also helps expose people to the awesome reef aquarium hobby that may have never thought about it before.
Note, I'm not sure if Pinterest still has closed registrations, but if you need an invite to get registered let me know and I will send you an invite.
Oh and if you have a Pinterest account, be sure to follow me!
