Minor CR Remodeling

Probably most of you won't notice a difference, but we are in the process of making some minor tweaks to CR.

Most notably so far the Article Forum and Tank of the Month forum have been remodeled.

Also the bottom of the thread pages have been cleaned up a little bit in order to streamline information.

I have a handful of other minor changes I am working on and will update you when these are complete.
