TFG Poker night this Thursday November 19th: 8pm - 10pm Eastern

For this week's play, it is going to be a stake of $5,000, no limit betting. Once your money is out, you become a spectator.

If you need stake money to get into the game, let me know and I'll get you in. I'd like to have as many people in the room as possible by 8pm.

Time to give the upgraded poker and game room some love!

As a side note, if we need have a later start on Thursdays to accommodate the West Coast folks, please let me know. I'm open to 9-11p Eastern instead of of 8p-10p.

I think if we get more than 10 people we can open a second table. For example, if we had 11 people, we could do two tables and split between them so everyone can play.

I was also thinking that when we get enough regulars, maybe we start with smaller stakes and run multiple games like 8-9, 9-10, 10-11p. That would allow people that can't get here until later an official "new table" start time.

Can you buy into a game that has already started? A page somewhere with the rules, blinds and raise limits would be nice or are they decided at each table when it is started?

Chuck- I think those are all parameters that can be set up when the table is created in the gameroom. So each game could be different.

The blinds, limits, etc are set at the beginning of the game when the room is set up. I'm not sure about the joining in the middle of the game, which is why I'm thinking new tables / resetting at the top of the hour. All of this is dependent on how many we get each week. The more the merrier!! I would love to have the concern that we need multiple tables with different start times.
