Default Welcome jolson10450 to the mod team!

I wanted to let you guys know that Justin (jolson10450) is now a moderator. I appreciate Justin accepting the job as moderator. He will be a great addition to the Mod Team as he shares an avid passion for the hobby and CaptiveReefs. He spends a lot of time hanging out on CR and will be able to help make sure things go smoothly for us. Justin is a CADD guru and has helped me a lot with putting together the layouts for Ann Arbor swap and the upcoming Lansing swap.

Yup it's pretty straight forward. Mostly it's just being friendly and helpful. Things you are already doing.
