I picked this reddish orange & white flower rock anemone up in January 2011 at the MMMC Lansing Swap and it has only gotten better looking with wild tentacles.
Here are some pictures taken under 14K MH Phoenix bulbs with T-5 blues:
This when I just got it...has a greenish cast to it with red-orange and white tentacles:
Now, the base color has turned blue and the tentacles have developed unique patterns and growth:
At times during the day, the edges curl up to form some really interesting sculptures....like this soft custard ice-cream cone! Picture taken under 14K MH and a hand-held white LED flashlight:

That substrate is very patriotic next to the rose. Great photo for labor day weekend.
(I'm not sure what smiley to use for labor day...these are workers raising the flag.)
