one thing i have to ask is what about those who have their tanks in a basement or 2nd level of their home so you cant see the glow at all?

oh ok yeah i was just wondering for others. I do kind of feel out of place with mine because everyone will have photos from outside so i was considering changing mine to fit with the rest but realized last night i cannot see it do to a window AC in the window and it being on the second level so i just though i would ask. I will just keep what i have submitted =) i really like that picture anyways but i just wanted to be sure.

I suppose you could also show the glow eminating down an interior hallway if you didn't have an outside window. The idea is to be a little creative anyway. The rays of actinic light hitting your coral in your photo qualifies in that regard.

Also, for this contest if you want to apply some post-photo editing to further enhance the artistic appeal of your photo feel free. <---note I just added this to the contest description above so everyone knows it's ok.

I'll be getting out my camera over the next few days for this contest! Most of my stuff already looks blue and blurry, so I'm a shoo-in for this one! I think I'll focus on my pico tank and try to snap a few shots from outside of my window.

And thanks to Andy for sponsoring this contest!!
