I forgot, what are we judging on? Over all best Nano? Best growth? Uniqueness? Best Scape? Best use of allowance money?

A very hard decision, they are all very nice and you should be proud of your achievement. Well done!

Well yesterday was the final day of voting. It looks like we have a winner... congrats to handlevandal. Jackie wins the $80 cash pot and the 8 gallon biocube from Amazon Stingrays!

Congrats to everyone who participated. Great looking tank Jackie. Now that the coral limit has been lifted, do you have plans to add anything? What are you gonna blow the winning loot on? I think there is a rule it must be on the tank and not on lame old bills!

Thanks Rob. I already moved the corals from there into the big tank and the nems and clowns from the big tank into the nano. The BioCube originally was either going to be a hospital quarantine tank or a nem tank and while I was growing the nano the nems were traveling about the big tank reeking havoc, so it was kind of a no brainer. The nems and clowns are happy as can be in the nano and survived the power mess so it works out quite nicely, and the rics and acans from the nano are doing well in the big tank. I guess I'll just resurrect the little 16 gallon tank in the basement if I need a hospital tank in the future.

I need a new ballast for my halides since the power outage fried one of them so the dollars will be spent at the Trop (as usual). I'm not sure what I'll do with the little nano, but I'm thinking that it would be really nice on my desk at work with some freshwater plants and a betta, but I'll wait a while on that one. I've got my hands full doing water changes to try to keep the tanks that suffered in the outage alive.

Sounds like two really nice tanks. Hope you start a thread on them so we can keep up with the progress!
