    Well I am really confused now. The tube nem which is mine, but photographed by Pete WAS submitted for a different contest, but I pulled it out on a technicality of a different whiner.
    Secondly, the tube is about 18 inches back from the front class of a 25 inch deep tank. The photo was taken with a 90mm macro lens that makes it look like its 1/2 inch from the glass.
    Im not complaining or trying to drum up an argument, just looking for a little education in the photography!!

    Oh I got ya.. It is a small tube nem.. .And the pic is great.. It just blows that someone i gonna win that didn't even take the pic....
    Please don't pay any attention to my whining self. the pic is top notch and deserves to win..
    When I saw it get posted I said "Again I get smoked" I think of macro as super close up. but 1:1 is the true deff so .. pic is legit , i think.. I would have to see it in a full tank shot or partial tank shot for size reference I guess but I'm no judge and not the jury either..
    It's a top notch photo... no doubt about it...
