    Default LED questions

So.... I'm thinking about jumping on board the LED wagon. I've got a question though. Does anyone know how big (inches x inches or cm's x cm's) Cree LED'S are? With the star chip as well. Just want to see if they'll fit on the heat sink I already have, or I could put up a pic of the heat sink if that makes answering my question easier for anyone. Thanks.

With a star, Crees are approximately 20mm in diameter.
