Has anyone used this glue?

I am haveing a hard time finding weld-on locally. I did find some stuff called PROWELD by Ambroid. It says it bonds styrene, butyrate, abs,and acrylic in @ 10 seconds. It does not mention anything about holding up to moister. Does anyone think this will work? $3.00 for a 2oz bottle and comes with a brush inside of bottle top.
