Got the mod done for 2 of my maxi jet 1000 done today and holy cow they're powerful!!! Downside is they have to remain on as there is a 50% chance of coming on and turning the prop in reverse.

Aww Come-on... where's the pics of your maxi-jet mod? I read about using a post on the new front cover to to 'catch' the propeller if it starts the wrong way and will then turn around and force it to run the direction you want.
