Used IceCap 430 ballast for sale. $60 picked up or $75 shipped. This will run 2 T5HO bulbs. Included with the ballast is the heatsink, two wiring harnesses, a spare fuse, the original owners manual, and the original box. Great product that is in perfect working order.
