48" 8 bulb t5 tek light for 24" or 36" t5 fixture

I have a 48" 8 bulb tek light that i would like to trade for either 24" 6 bulb t5 fixture or a 36" 6+ bulb t5 fixture. my fixture has been running for a year. bought it used so true age is unknown. i really would like to find a 24" but i know it's easier to find a 36" with 6 or more bulbs than the 24.. my fixture is is good working order (i'm running it now)and expect the same in the trade. want to start on my new build and want to do something a lil different with lighting. lmk what you have. thanks
