70 gallon cube

I just finished cleaning it out the best I could today. Dimensions of tank is 25x25x26. With stand and canopy 253/4x27x59. Here is the list of things I have for it.
I retrofitted 3 t8's- 2 t8s are actinic, other is a power glo(18,000k).
T12- coralife 10,000k. Just put all lights on about 3 months ago.

Approximately 80lbs of sand, some rock
Filter is a Rena filstar xp3. It hasn't been wanting to run properly. I'm not positive, but I think the rotor and impeller need to be replaced.
I also have a coralife 30"power compact florescent lunar fixture, that's currently on my 112, that I'm willing to let go of, to the person that buys this system if they want it.

hey i like your tank, what is the thing located in the stand base? and what is included? is 350 for everything??

In the stand is a Rena filstar XP3 canister filter, cleaning rods for filter hoses. Tank includes stand/canopy, lights, skimmer, sand, some rock and the canister filter. And a coralife power compact lunar fixture if buyer wants it. Asking $350 or best offer for everything listed.
