My old sunlight supply dual 250 watt HQI metal halide ballast, reflectors, and 2 15000k bulbs.

I bought it new from Preuss in 2005 and no longer have a need for it. Still works great.

I'd prefer to sell the whole set. But if someone wants the dual ballast I'd be ok with parting it out.

Interested, but I know almost nothing about lights. This is all I would need to plug it in and it'd be ready to light a tank?

That is correct.
I have a couple other bulbs for it as well. The bulbs maybe out of their spectrum, but they were working and corals and clams were still growing when I took them out of the tank.

Is the duel ballast still forsale? How much would you sell it for ? Also will it fire single ended radiums?

I still have the ballast, the reflectors, and some bulbs. i wouldn't know about single ended radiums.

I had listed everything for $250. It seemed like I paid nearly $800 for all of this brand new.
