That is a neon dottyback. One of my favorites! Adds alot of action and some really nice color to any tank.

A member of the Damsel family....cant recall the exact name, as it isnt as common as most in the aquarium hobby.

Oh ok I see now! Lol from that angle it looked like a wrasse.
