Tom,

Just wanted to drop a quick note of thanks to your staff for helping my wife who never shops there pick out a mated pair of mocha clowns for my Christmas gift. My wife and son picked them up today and were given instructions on how to properly acclimate them, and they are doing great. As always excellent customer service again, and has always been, well at least for the last 14 years I have been a customer.
