The Foxface Lo is a great colored fish and is very helpful at cleaning undesirable forms of algae in your aquarium. This venomous fish is extremely shy, but a great tank mate when it comes to most fish-only aquariums. The Foxface Lo is very peaceful, except with it's own species and other rabbitfish, so it is not recommended to keep more than one. This fish will change to a dark yellow and brown when under stress or when it feels threatened and will often pop it's fins as a sign of defense. Due to the venomous nature of this species, it is recommended to use a net or container when handling this fish.
The Foxface Lo thrives in a reef environment, provided it is fed well. It will eat most flake or pellet food, but enjoys scented seaweed sheets.
