Looks fair... as far as bulbs though, I recommend replacing the used ones with new ones. Keep looking... I see great deals occasionally.
not to promote another reefing site, but i would honestly check RC's drygoods forum... there's a TON of new stuff FS there everyday at often very, very good prices.
I am now leaning towards just doing diy and slowly buying brand new stuff that way I have the set up that I really want. It would be 3 400W HQI 10000K bulbs with a supplement setup like repto recommended.
also, have you talked to eric yet? He usually has good deals on his store. Just ask him what he can get you those diy kits for...
