    Yes, i have the 70 watt ballast. I have it ready but havnt fired it up yet. Im saving for a bulb right now. Mine was $42 shipped, im not sure what quant. of money or ballasts to get the $5 shipping. If your just buying one shipping is $10, but the price is still good.
