Default Flow help.

Hello, I need to replace 2 powerheads which just died and need some advice. I have just a 55 gal tank that's been up for 3-4 years. All the PH are 375 gph ( 4) total but I don't know if this enough flow. What should my GPH be? No sump just a HOB fuge so alittle flow coming from that. Would a couple of 1300 gph be ok? Like 1 on each side of the tank blowing at each other?
Any advice really appreciated.
John

There rally isn't a true rule of thumb when it comes to flow. You want to keep detritus suspended and keep your polyps "dancin". They are pricey but a single Vortech MP40 would be perfect in that tank.

Agree on the Vortech 40, they are awesome but pricey. However, I would guess that you can also get a similar effect with some K4s and K3s for not quite as much money.
