Default Fluval G3 and G6

Has anyone used either of these models or know anything about them? Looking to buy one for a FOWLR with zoas, mushrooms, anemones, polyps, etc. Not into major corals or anything, just the easy stuff.

I'm not sure you need a filtration system like that if you are going to have live rock. What size tank are you keeping? What sort of fish load do you plan on?

65g bowfront, 3" live sand bed, 50 lbs. well-established live rock, and planning quite a few fish (hippo tang, yellow tang, Vanuatu flame angel, blue mandarin, purple firefish, royal grammas, and probably a couple others). I run an FX5 on my 90g cube with my 2 morays and it used to be a FOWLR with mushrooms and anemones, and did well. I love the canister filters, they work great. Just wanted to know if anyone knows of any issues with the G series, because I read one review about the computer having errors and not being able to be reset.
